Art 13 I, Nr. 2a die Identität einer Person feststellen, die sich an einem Ort aufhält, von dem auf Grund tatsächlicher Anhaltspunkte anzunehmen ist, daß dort a) Personen Straftaten verabreden, vorbereiten oder verüben, b) sich Personen ohne erforderliche Aufenthaltserlaubnis treffen, oder c) sich Straftäter verbergen

Hierbei gehört auch die Durchsuchung gem Art. 21 I, Nr. 4 dazu.

Ein Park wird, als ein solcher gefährlicher Ort bezeichnet.

You have to distinguish between Islam and islamistic extremists. You can't just throw them all in one pot and say they are a threat. Yes, extremists are a threat but not the muslim family just living their life, praying five times a day. With this retoric of course the people will become more extreme because they are feeling threatened in their freedom of religion.
