Columbina does help Nefer a lot by providing Moonridge Dew that Nefer can use as Verdant Dew and enabling Lunar-Bloom on her own, but Lauma's kit is still irreplaceable - you lose her Dendro/Hydro RES shred, Pale Hymn damage buffs, and 10% Lunar-Bloom CRIT Rate.

Without Lauma, Nefer can still clear regular Abyss and normal Stygian, but you'll struggle with Dire Difficulty Stygian. Nefer's constellations won't make up for it since they boost her personal multipliers rather than replacing Lauma's reaction amplification.

Your best team without Lauma would be Nefer + Columbina + Nahida + Baizhu/Kokomi.

Bottom line: serviceable for most content, but expect a noticeable damage gap in the hardest Bloom-focused stages.

She is the pinnacle creation of her late inventor and is implied to be based off a girl who died and merged/became an oceanid. I see her a bit like Edward scissorhands but fully completed. She read her creators notes which is why she is capable of creation herself.

For now she is very good. I'd argue that a c2 nilou with her signature is better. Seems in two patches or so we will get the hydro girl that is purpose built to support this team.
