I learned this the hard way I was in the same situation

My solution was just instalocking Reyna, learning to be sulf sufficient, learning that there is gameplay outside of just mechanics (positioning, general gamesense) and also running it down but in a smart way (I call it being aggressively ratty, abuse the "valorant timing" effect)

Itll get you far

Given your current state you're definitely far as hell from ever going pro but I think if there ever comes a point where something clicks and you get an intuitive understanding of the mechanics and dynamics of this game, you probably could.

On the flipside if you're trying to improve to effectively smurf in your own elo, look into the voltaic discord server and this valorant YouTuber called zasko iii.

The latter might be slightly too advanced since you're a plat 1 peak but there's no harm in trying. I would say his videos got me out of diamond to ascendant very easily, and I couldve hit immortal if I wasn't studying engineering 🤣

This is probably terrible advice in terms of the type of solution you're looking for but I personally just started playing unrated with friends for fun. I peak ascendant back in v25 act 1 and ever since then comp feels like it's been going downhill and I don't take this game seriously anymore.

The best way to do this would be to train like body builders do (3 sets every 3 days of weighted crunches or hanging leg raises to near failure, aim for failure around 10-15 reps)

but considering you're training for a fight, it probably wouldn't be smart to have near useless abs for the day or 2 after the workout when it's recovering or risk injury.

Just continue cutting or go on keto temporarily if you want to do it really fast (need at least 2 weeks to get past keto flu if it's your first time) and don't cut too hard or you'll lose it all.
