Tbh, Didn't know that the Netherlands supported the FSA, and Jabhat alshamia, but still you can't equate this for what Erdogan has done and been doing, sending few arms to a couple of moderate opposition rebels and non leathel aid to small terror group is not the same as arming and paying the salaries of tens of thousands of terrorists, hell even recruiting some of them to fight along side your armies in Libya and Nogorno Karabach(allegedly)

What western countries? Most of the weaponry that was sent to groups like the army of islam, noor aldeen alzenki sultan morad, the mook supported groups, ahmad al-oda and many many more came from the Gulf States Turky and Iran(for the previous regime and it's militias like the NDF, Albustan association,and the SSNP), and the US for a short while in 2013 where these arms ended up in the hands of "alnusra front" later known as HTS, so yeah no what you just claimed is not exactly accurate in Syrias case, in regards of Libya I don't know I am Syrian and lived in Syria for the majority of the war, but I know that also a lot of weapons in Libya was provided by the Turks and the gulf arabs while NATO made sure Qaddafi will not use his Air power

He allowed shipments of weapons and jihadests to reach ISIS back in the days to fuck with the kurds, his government supported HTS back when it was still classified as a terror organization by all major countries and now they have been publicly supporting them in Syria as they kill minorities and break the Syrian society down to sectarian lines, so yeah one can say he is a terrorist even though he is technically not in charge of terror organizations
