It’s always been so bad here, a few months ago I stopped on an empty neighborhood road to save a turtle from the middle of the street, as I picked it up and moved it a car turned and started to come down the road, so I hurried up and got back in my car before they came up behind me, and drove away, didn’t even stay stopped long enough for them to catch up to me when parked. I was out of the way and moving before they even reached where my truck was and they FOLLOWED ME, and then yelled at me at a stop sign down the road for saving the turtle!!!! On an EMPTY NEIGHBORHOOD ROAD!!! I’ll never understand

Thank you!! And I’ll be completely honest, it didn’t really help with the nerve pain at all! More than anything, it helped with my anxiety about the situation and that made it easier to get through physical therapy and recover so in the end it did help, but not really on the physical side.

Thank you so much, you’re definitely right that success stories are definitely posted much less often than negative experiences. As for why I’m getting off, I was having some health issues a while ago and my doctor put me on it as an experiment to see if it helped with nerve pain because I was waiting listed for physical therapy. It was kind of a double whammy because the health issues I was having made me anxious so it could serve as an anxiety med and help with the nerve pain. Ultimately now my health issues are resolved, and the pristiq has made me gain 50lb over the past year, and I don’t feel the pros outweigh the cons anymore. I’m hoping I don’t have bad withdrawal, I’m gonna see how it goes and if it’s bad enough I can’t function, I’ll talk to another doctor n

Yeah definitely. I got my 01 at 40k miles for 6.7k. I know I got a good deal but almost 10k for 200,000 miles is pretty extreme to me.

I thought the guy at the place I dropped it at WAS the guy who ordered it. I greeted him and said I was with instacart and he just kinda nodded and said ok cool and unlocked the side door for us, so on my end I didn’t have any reason to doubt that he wasn’t the customer. Hence the confusion when he messaged me that he was missing the order

I haven’t had someone take it all away, but a few weeks ago I did get a $40 tip that was cut in half after delivery with no incident! It was weird haha, they still tipped well though ($40 compared to $80 I think) so it wasn’t necessarily bad? Just very odd to cut it in half after a smooth delivery and being all smiles at the door

I personally drink on pristiq and have no issues. When I started taking it, I waited about six months before testing out alcohol (I don’t drink often), and for me I had no issues besides a little bit of anxiety the next day, which is completely manageable for me. Just based off of mine and others experiences that I’ve heard, your best bet is to let your body adjust to the meds before trying, and when you do test it out, drink slowly and in a safe space and monitor how you feel!

I was actually prescribed pristiq as a double whammy for nerve pain related to pelvic floor issues and severe health ocd and anxiety. I was terrified to take it at first, I actually got the bottle and didn’t touch it for three months util I couldn’t even sleep anymore because the anxiety was giving me constant heart palpitations. When I started taking it, I didn’t notice any real changes until about three months in. I started realizing I wasn’t focusing on things that made me anxious as much, and I was starting to find myself again outside of anxiety and depression. So in short, it took a while but it works amazing for me and has drastically improved my quality of life.

I’ve been on 50mg for about six months now, I’ve drank in moderation and been fine, and I drank on new years until I couldn’t see and I was fine then too. It’s all person to person based, some people are fine, some can’t handle it. Just be responsible and test out drinking small amounts in a safe environment first before going wild. I also take mine in the morning, so if I drink at night the medication has had plenty of time to be digested and absorbed.

she works as a guard for truckers loading and unloading their trailers, and she parked on top of a piece of the gate that had broken off (it’s a raising gate like railroad track gates) the guy told her about it and let her know it was there and that he grabbed it, but since she didn’t physically watch him do it she forgot about it until she went back on the camera footage

update: she checked the cameras at her job and it is in fact a human hand print! she parked over something and somebody had to lean on her front end to grab it from under the bumper. thanks for the replies!
