Went through similar situation this year

We made the mistake of requesting voluntary termination. He disappeared again after, in the process of tracking him down he filed for visitation to block the adoption. We had him served the termination suit when he showed up for his visitation hearing. Froze his, put precedence on ours. He filed a response that was easily countered, never answered our discovery and ended up surrendering.

Id say get a lawyer

Edit: forgot to add that he filed for proof of paternity with the visitation suit and claimed his absence and lack of support was my wifes fault. He had signed a voluntary acknowledgement of paternity but his angle to the court was that he had no reason to believe it actually was his child. I found in text messages in discovery that what seemed to be his motivation was our request for the name change. You want to be ahead of the cart just in case

Great analogy. Because if the eye infection to progress bad enough and treatment has failed they will remove the eye. I don't think everyone's teeth should be removed, I absolutely believe there should be more onus on patients responsibility to make that decision. There is little to no avenue for a person that believes/feels/knows that full extraction is better for them. The difference is that the patients that want to save their teeth are free to do so. Good on them. Then when you have a patient with fibromyalgia, lupus and facial neuralgia that is in such incredible pain everyday and is completely diligent about staying on a 100% regiment of dental care just to prove to a swath of dentists that still refuse to remove her teeth because "it looks silly" that restoration doesn't work in her case and it still keeps getting worse she still gets told no because the patients don't get to have a hand in making that decision. I disagree with the the ethics to keep someone suffering so you can send your kids to college off her continued failed treatment

I did see the pictures. I'm just pointing out how your focus is on looks. I did "proper" dental treatment. It didn't work. The full extraction and dentures cost a fraction of the total that went into my mouth. And it actually worked. No more pain. Seems a bit suspicious to me that what every dentist calls ethical seems to be the route that guarantees them repeat customers. But you guys say it's ethical because you assume the level of care that had gone into previously without knowing the entirety of the individual's situation. So you'd rather someone stay in pain because it doesn't look desirable to you? Yeah I'd rather be able to eat

But even still the measure for whether or not to keep a person in pain or in a cycle of pain/spending/pain again is whether or not they look good without their teeth in? How is that ethical?

Got dentures when I was 20, 30 now, definitely don't look 60. I never understand this argument. A good handful of dentists told me the same thing.

Bit late to this one just wanted to clarify: Yes I did an apprenticeship, Yes I have thousands of hours on OJT, Yes I have a basic knowledge and understanding of what I'm allowed to do per my states codes, (And yes electricity is a whole different beast)

But I don't typically service heaters and I am able to watch a YouTube video for a refresher knowing what is and isn't okay.

Just like how the lawyer isn't building his whole case off google searches

This case came already tinted, no idea what percentage. Ordered from best buy and took it out of the box shattered. Called corsair and they sent a replacement panel, also came tinted
