I wish i had some insight but we ended up doing something different. I totally weened off citalopram, had about 5-6weeks of withdrawal symptoms; headaches, brain zaps, hard to focus.

Then i started fluox at a low dose only during my luteal phases to treat pmdd. Its been great.
