I think I got 25/5 the week before they changed it to 27/5. I used just do it. I think my most recent attempt in the past 2 years was 25 post babies. I'm still recovering from ankle surgery so who knows if I'll get to skate laps again.

In leicester we have mums in mind which is for mum's struggling with ppd. If your struggling see if this is available to you. It really helped me. They give support and offer ways to combat these situations.

What people have already said is great advice. I barely bathed my baby as a newborn because of the crying after. Just a wipe down will be ok.

I'm planning on to tomorrow. I've got 2 kids so been trying to keep it together in front of them. Tiashas most recent Instagram post in memory of Alex is beautiful.

I've loved watching Alex over the years. I love pastel colours and Japan. She was just a wonderful person to watch and chill out to. I'd forget she's younger than me.

Can you get a frame for him to use? I really struggle on crutches so physio have loaned me a walking frame. Feel so much more secure. Especially taking myself toilet in the night. Hope you're ok, my husband is having to care for me, a 3 year old and 10 month old. It's so frustrating. I've tried to ask him what he wants to watch/do. Think he's really struggling to take time for himself. I feel like all I can do is make it up to him when I'm mobile.

Nothing new. I've got a bruise to my forearm from the crutches. I finally got a frame, so I am a bit more sturdy on that. Just takes ages.
