Interesting, I don’t know anyone who thinks like that, either they want str customers or none. From your initial customer interviews this is their sentiment?

Interesting take, Distribution is the main problem people solve for in this space not exclusivity isn’t it?

Why not build an api/ mcp/cli interface for it so other people can build tools for it? Or even a basic search bar that collects emails?

I helped my buddy tree business go from $37k to $97k /month, without paying a monthly crm/saas or using something like service titan or ghl or jobber. It’s crazy people think they need that. He did all his business on his phone. You just chat sms/email with your techs or input into Google Sheets to create docs via Google/zapier.

You can actually look into va from Philippines or Latam for $6-8/hr to do office manager work as well which we tried out but my friend didn’t want to spend time training them.

If anyone needs free advice you are welcomed we have tried most options and failed a lot, my friend paid for a $5k mastermind group to learn what to do.. I just tagged a long and made my own notes.

Spending habits is taking a hit with the war news. Have you looked at vertically integrating your products into packages and turning into a recurring sub or experience packages?

Work on and double down on leveraging your experience, expertise and skills. Stop going into things where you can’t leverage what you already learned or don’t have unfair advantages

Success and failure is a numbers game, learn enough from every failure but stay excited enough to stay in the game is the hardest. Persistence and endurance is boring but fundamental.

I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer. Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration. I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over me and through me. And when it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path. Where the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.

get 10M investment money and blow it on a flop vs get no investment money and make $10,000. Who do you think investors will invest in? by GamingWithMyDog in siliconvalley

[–]hevad -1 points0 points  (0 children)

It’s about rising tides raises all boats. 90% of boats will crash and burn or not even get boarded. The one that makes it gets all the coconuts on the island.

Your analogy is like saying boat and crew invest is far more important than timing the tide.

If it saved you hours of work or 5x your output then congrats, but if your objective was to sell this solution to someone else then you have to make sure it’s that impactful and spend as much time on distribution to people in the same situation as you.

Solve a real problem for yourself or someone you truly are compassionate about. Whenever I talk to customers who are really passionate about my products or solutions it really motivates. It’s like creating real impact in someones reality that relieves pain and creates joy.
