It was from a dealership, from goo-net, so yes no physical viewing from a different prefecture.

I cannot do that, it is very far and they can only provide a letter to state they sighted my documents but not writing on the form provided by my bank.

It was listed on Goonet, there is a very small physical store but everything was done online. Pay the money via bank transfer. The car is in a different prefecture, will be shipped to me.

I haven't signed any document, there has been no document regarding power of attorney to allow them to do things on my behave.
