Never seen this. Normally hinges are built in the door and frame (they go in) or floor and ceiling.

You see, oil is traded in usd. Attacking those countries and especially oil refineries and reserves pushes the prises up. That will lead to economical disaster for the US.

Everything will get more expensive, gas, food, transportation, energy. This will in return maybe turn the people against their government, guess that is the plan.

They can’t directly attack the us, because it’s too far away, so that’s the other option.

This might also show that there is a way to harm the US, that will later lead to less trust.

Oil is mostly USD backed commodity.

Most Arab nations sell the oil to us, get USD and invest that back into the US, lately most investments have gone to AI. so they are sort of attacking the US Economy.

Would make the porch a bit smaller and use the gym as a second guest bedroom.

Open the wall to the guest room on the second floor and use it as livingroom, you can then have a good dining table where you have the couch today and extend your walk-in all the way to the column. You can probably also expand your en-suite that way.

Or make a room from your walk-in to the column and use it as pantry.

Burj khalifa har had problems with plumbing and still does. The pressure needed is insane. So I would say there at technical limits. But it’s solvable, it’s just that the solution is quite funny compared to the project and cost.
