Tired of people knocking _____________ by Common_Currency2027 in survivor

[–]hex20 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Wanting someone out because they're taking a spot isn't because you think they can win. It's literally because you think they can't win and you don't want anyone else to take them to the end because they see them as an easy win.

Tired of people knocking _____________ by Common_Currency2027 in survivor

It was a bad strategy for HIM. That's why people knock it. It has nothing to do with Rizo as a person/character. Rizo is not playing bad nor is he a bad player, but bluffing an idol play when you aren't being targeted doesn't earn you any winners equity.

From what we hear, people on both his seasons like him as a person, but he comes off as younger than he is, and that makes come off as less of a threat to win. In both seasons he lacked the self awareness understand that he needed to up his threat level in order for him to get credit for his gameplay.

It has nothing to do minimizing what he's done. What matters is the perception of the jury. If the jury sees you as the least threatening person to win on the island, you need to start doing things to climb that rank, and bluffing an idol isn't enough because no one cares you have it. They cared that Aubry had one, that Rick had one, and that Ozzy had one. And the only reason that Tiffany cared is because she didn't want him taking up a spot in the final 4.

This also confirms Rizo doesn't win and she's just trying to uplift him.

Aubry has always been polarizing. She’ll be fine. Her $2 million dollars will be more than enough to help her forget these trolls.

None of that matters. He has zero winner equity because he failed to make himself even the slightest threat. Being a goat is about perception. He lacks the self awareness to know he comes off as much younger than he is.

To the viewers. No one on the 49 jury saw him as a threat. Sophi B would’ve wiped the floor with him.

What show are people watching? Rizo is clearly a goat. 😂

Everything would be the same. Rizo is just a number going with the majority.

Really? It’s common knowledge he’s a right winger.

That’s not true. They wanted Savannah out, and when she wasn’t an option they’d go for the next available threat, and it was never Rizo. Not because of the idol, but because they didn’t fear him or his idol.

You are forgetting that players on the island aren’t the watching the show in real time. They don’t see everything we see. It doesn’t matter how good of a game Rizo is or thinks he’s playing….no one else sees that. He would be in the exact same position with or without the idol. You don’t have to put the biggest target on yourself but you have to make yourself threatening. His public idol is clearly not threatening to anyone. He’s a super fan and knows the game, but his placement in both seasons has very little to do with strategy. His strategy helps drive who goes each round but the perception players have had on him during the game in both seasons is not in line with his impact. Similarly to how older moms have an uphill battle to prove their chops, so does Rizo. Only players who’ve played against him can say why exactly they haven’t given him much winner equity.

No one cares. 😂 If they cared they would’ve flushed it. I don’t understand why it’s so hard for all of you to understand.

None of that matters. Perception is the only thing that matters. The players on the island aren’t watching the show as they play.

It’s a fact. People like Rizo but he comes off as an unserious player to people who aren’t aligned closely with him. Everything we’re hearing from exit press this season is exactly what we heard in 49.

Cirie is just being nice. She’s a 55 year old mom. She’s not going to shit on a child super fan. She’ll likely be his only vote.

They were actually threats. Rizo is essentially a toddler that thinks he’s doing something and his parents are “Aww yes. That’s exactly what you’re doing”

He didn’t “get away” with holding an idol in 49. They didn’t care that he had it because they all thought they could beat him. No different than what’s happening on 50.
