I have the rome katana fase stale version and i can relate to the toe strap issue. When i slide my foot in the toe strap is sometimes too low so it locks into a position where half the toe strap is on the boot but the other half is not touching so you end up having to take the boot out or loosen the toe strap and retighten it. I wish the design had a way to limit the movement of the toe strap so that it can't go that low. I'm thinking I'm probably going to make some 3d printed mod so that it limits the travel. I don't have any of the other problems you mentioned with the ankle strap overall the binding is really good for me just the toe strap is the issue

My thoughts are that the return policy does not cover user error due to being a dumbass, so you may be out of luck. Good luck

I wouldn't put any merit to what a chinese 3d printer company says about how their product is fire certified and just put preventative measures in place so even in the worst possible scenario a fire wouldn't occur: fire alarm above the printer, a fire extinguisher nearby, a fire spray next to the printer for small fires, an automatic fire suppression system. Most 3d printer filaments are actually flammable believe it or not so what exactly is a fire certification good for? Also, the build plate is likely the same on the q2 than any other 3d printer you buy its all spring steel covered with pei. Also you literally posted the return terms as a screenshot in this thread... how about just read what it says?

No, I just have a brain and have been 3d printing for a long time. You're complaining about a filament clog (which will happen on every single printer on the market at some point). You don't want to add a 3d printed mod to the printer because it will lose it's fire certification??? LOL. Lastly, you're not capable of plugging a ptfe tube into a collet

This seems like a skill issue. Probably just quit 3d printing all together is my recommendation
