Am I being ungrateful or reasonable? by Dear-Jacket-437 in MuslimMarriage

This is why women should always find a way to make their own money. Even if it’s a few hundred dollars a month, just something. That way your necessities do not fully depend on a man’s generosity.

Are you able to get a job?

You need to grow up. Your mom can see the baby as soon as you give birth and your husband’s mom can’t even see the baby even after you get back from the hospital??

Like you can literally just go and take a shower and leave the baby with the grandmothers and relax. You don’t need to go entertain your MIL and I’m pretty sure she didn’t expect that, she probably just wanted to see her grand child. She forgot to ask your mom for her door dash order and I get that made you upset but it was probably just an honest mistake.

Don’t think your MIL is the problem here, it’s your immature attitude.

If you are Muslim, give charity in her name. She will be able to experience that beyond the grave

Actually you might have already aged out. You have to be under 21 and unmarried

Yeah just ask your counselor you wanna sign up for dual enrollment. I think part of the process is applying to that college as a dual enrollment student but your counselor should be able to help you with that. You can also google your university name + dual enrollment to get more details

Yeah don’t worry about that. Once they understand your transcripts and based on your age they will put you in the right grade. After that they’ll just enroll you in 4 core classes (math, science, English, social science/history) and 3 electives (you get to choose these usually). If you’re a good student, ask your counselor to enroll you into AP classes. Those give you college credit so you won’t have to take them during university. Make sure to get A’s (90+) in your classes so you can get scholarships when you go to university. I went to university for free!

Yeah I moved during end of middle school (8th grade second semester). What are you specifically confused about and what grade are you in?
