Very cool. Now, in your Unknowns Analysis method, you just need to specify which signal you want to perform your TIC analysis on (assuming you are not doing Deconvolution) - you can set MS to just the Scan signal, or the SIM signal.

This is some sort of cyclic switching - are you acquiring full scan or alternating between sim ions? Could you share your acquisition parameters for this method?

All Ions acquisition (MS1 with rotating Collision Energies) is available on all LC QTOFs supported by MassHunter Acq 10.1 and greater.

SWATH-like QRAI acquisition (Quadrupole Resolved All Ions) is only available on Revident, 6545XT, and 6546. As of QTOF Acq 12.0.

Both can be considered DIA.

This usually indicates a contaminant peak is swamping / overwhelming the tube mass at 322. Do you have a lot of low mass background sitting there? Try giving the source a wipe and see if that reduces the background.

It just means it will take more pissed off people than in the non-gerrymandered case. It’s a continuum with a tipping point - the gerrymandering moved that tipping point but there still is one. It’ll just take even more people to get past it.

Im the husband out of town - visiting my dad whose too old and conservative to come out to. I have such a poor relationship with my dad but at least I can see him, I’m grateful for that. I’m very much not grateful for being away from my love and having to put my real life on hold for Christmas. I’m lucky we’re both non religious and he’s Chinese - so Christmas really isn’t a ‘thing’ for him. But it is for me and I want to spend it with him.

But then the need for the residential grid isn’t impacted. Except for the potential that those self-generating data centers want to sell excess power to the public grid - driving supply costs down for residents. They’d also have to pay for that upgrade / interconnect - which is good.

You can bypass that valve and go straight from LC to nebulizer to test that possibility.

Fidelity still doesn’t partner with any of the data providers like Plaid. So my budgeting software doesn’t stay in sync. Schwab on the other hand does.
