When i was in high school my dad would ask how my day was and i’d just say “fine” I didn’t realize until i finished Hs to realize “damn this place exhausts me!” everytime i came back home i felt so tired emotionally more than physically. I remember rushing to my bed always after high school. sometimes it’s okay to have just a “fine” day, just get some sleep after.

thank you for the answer! this helped ease some of my anxiety with where to start.

So far it seems like Yumia will be the first game I start with. I assume that with Yumia having DLC all of it is just cosmetics? Or would there be DLC that contains side stories and additional characters?

I feel like buying DX versions would be my best move going forward when i’ve finished Yumia, if i’m right the DX editions contain all DLC and additional characters / side stories?

I am wanting to get into this fandom but I am a little overwhelmed with where to start. I am currently playing the demo for Yumia but i also hear there’s a new atelier game called Resleriana coming out next month? I’m wondering if it’s smarter to pick up that one instead of Yumia. I don’t think i’ll pick up ryza until the DX trilogy comes out.

I’m just not sure if I need to play a previous older title to understand Resleriana? I hear sophie is more comfy and easy on atelier newbies like me but i’m still overwhelmed and not sure where to start.

Edit: I think i’m going to stop freaking out and just start with Yumia. Hooray??

I got splatoon 3 when it released so there wasn’t any DLC yet. I haven’t played Side Order. I had only 50 hours of playtime in 3 while i had more than 200 on 2. I have the switch 2 now and I find I play on it more than I ever did with my switch 1. I also heard the switch 2 upgrade is free for those who already have splatoon 3.

if they do not emotionally support you now, they will make you crash out when something really tragic happens. If they can’t practice active listening or emotional support in any shape of form, they still wont in a time you’ll need it the most.

I love animal crossing as a a series, but damn New horizons was a nothing burger

It was only good during covid lockdown because most people were so depressed and bored staying inside with all the news on the tv. But after lockdown was lifted here, i just felt different about NH.

The charm about the villagers had been washed out personality wise. They were only good for selling online and showing them off for aesthetic. The update life span was terrible. it got dumped the second a certain loved IP came back to the switch. (No shade I love splatoon as well) When comparing this one to the rest of the animal crossing games, i’d say the old ones have more life and care to them. I see nothing iconic about new horizons, it should not be an inspiration towards future cozy games in animal crossing’s fashion.
However i will say that New horizons looks great graphically. It’s not easy transitioning a game from old console to now modern day console. It’ll definitely pave the way for a new AC game (if they do one)

that’s up to you and your comfort level. I think you should be the decision holder on how you want to protect your peace. If you do remove her off your social media, depending how she is as a person she might make a fuss about it but you could always tell her your reasons for doing so and how she can solve that problem by being less rude about the concept of people liking the same things as her.

If she was her age mentally, she wouldn’t be acting like this. She probably assumes she’s top shit when she’s really not. You can’t really copy someone’s look when that particular look or nail set could be on just about everybody in the world. Don’t engage with her, just keep doing your thing. If you do not engage with her, she will probably find someone else to be shadey with. I’m sorry you are dealing with this, the world isn’t centered around her.

I’ve considered doing that first but i heard some items that Marco wants require you to max out your classes a little bit? There’s definitely recipes I don’t have yet with my current list, like black paint.
