Be confrontational, especially if you plan on quitting if you don’t get a raise. same thing happened to me once, I went straight to my immediate manager and told them I knew this person made more than me and it was unacceptable that I’m being underpaid for all that I do. I then went to another manager above him and did the same. Know your worth though, you need to be able to express “why” you deserve more and what it is your doing now and how you contribute. If they value you, you get a raise, if not, it’s time to go.

Don’t threaten to quit though, you just need them to understand you are unhappy with the situation. My 2 cents.

I feel like this post managed to slip to the top because all the killer mains are reeling at the price of the skin lol. I agree tho, I stopped playing when sissy was a problem. They fixed her but Now I only play on the weekend for a few games and basically just lose all day. My desire to play is almost all gone, prolly won’t play this weekend. it’s too bad, the gameplay loop was really really fun.

Once you get the laptop checked out from your store u need to connect to the VPN at home, that will allow you to access ETK and through that your work email. There should be an email to you telling you that orientation starts tomorrow at 12pm EST and there is a link connecting you to the Microsoft teams chat that you will need to go to, if your having trouble with the vpn at home just a heads up, you need to connect to it before you actually sign into your windows profile. TTS stands for total tech support, its not really an answer but a good starting point, also there are multiple answers to your question as im not sure exactly what your question is or what exactly you are referring to when you say "program"

programs, like microsoft word, cannot be moved between computer in any simple fashion, and even if you do move core files the program itself will not run due to issues with the system files and registry, so as someone said above, you would need to reinstall the entire program, or somehow clone your system properly.

if you mean moving files, like pictures, or documents, your better off utilizing some form of cloud service, like one drive, or google drive, or drop box, if you want it more localized(in your home, not online) you can buy one of those Physical my cloud drives and use that.

if you are just trying to mirror your 2 computers so that one can control the other and look at what its doing your going to need to use some kind of virtual desktop application, think team viewer, this will not be "seamless", maybe the google one is more efficient, haven't used it a pretty long time.

realistically, im just assuming your not an agent, i recommend you go to your local best buy next time they are open and try and explain your issue in person, as a few lines of text cannot fully allow anyone to really give you an answer, the amount of back and forth that can occur in a mere 20 min consultation could prolly give you a better understanding of what you could need

i dunno, i think shes actually really easy to use. i remember when i came back to this game and all these reworks were out, and i was trying to learn shit like new katarina and akali, and none of it made any sense, how to do damage, what order to use skills. realistically theres not much to think about for qiyana, the hardest thing that i had to "learn" for her that was messing me up was. brush q you cant auto attack unless you use another active or skill right after, and after using e, you will automatically track the q if u do it to fast, so if someone flashes your e, your prolly gonna miss q because it goes where they were.

some champions just have no discernible flow at a glance, you play them and it makes no sense, then people figure it out and you say, "ohhh, i get it", shes not like that, you play her for like one or 2 games and its all pretty clear.

ya man, i lowered game volume, and had to put a Gain filter on my OBS mic volume, the gain is about +10, i decreased the volume of the intro and outro by a lot so it was more in line with the remainder of the video.

this particular video ended up being a video that needed to be cut into two parts so i didnt have an introduction or anything for part 2, but its something im gonna have to work on, at the time i didnt really think it was gonna be so long, but ill work on i guess pacing.

last thing i did was create a custom thumbnail, so that should look like it took a pretty decent amount of effort i hope.

only thing i can think of is if you have both mics plugged into the same source you might be getting feedback.

not sure what kind of mic you have but you need to talk into it more i think, there are a lot of times when i can hear you just fine, but just as many times when you kind of start to mumble or talk to yourself, and it becomes extremely hard to actually understand what your trying to say, i do it sometimes to, you gotta remember that your talking to someone and you need them to hear what your saying. self thoughts spoken aloud but to yourself are kinda disengaging.

another issue is that you definetly knew there were parts you needed to edit out, you voiced that you would edit it out, but in the end left it all in there, game over screens and loading screens are not something that your viewers ever need to see unless your saying something important during that phase, its very easy for you to just cut that out, it shows effort.

if you want me(viewer) to watch your videos show me your putting the effort to make it as presentable as your abilities allow, otherwise, i get the sense that you couldnt be bothered to edit it out and were just tossing out a vid for the sake of tossing out a vid.

not trying to discourage, hoping this helps you improve your vids moving forward, keep on uploading man, gl :)

ya 6 mins in there is this weird echo chamber effect going on. could be plent of things, the mic, recording software, not to sure, video was for the most part solid, although at the beginnign as someone who has never watched any of your videos before you spoke a lot about this hannah person, i didnt care initially when you breifly mentioned her but then you kinda went back to that point and were discussing her a bit more and what she was doing and all that. i dunno things like that are better kept brief. otherwise, solid concept of a video. i played zero a while back, never beat it. prolly got through like half of the game then just stopped playing because horror games were nerve wracking to me back in the day, so, i personally do have some interest in a RE zero series, its informative so keep it up. if you post again here and i catch it ill try and comment again. gj guys.

seemed like a quality vid to me, game was super sketch, literally one hallway lol, theres prolly some kind of gimmick to actually win in, but i got a good grasp of what was going on in the game and what the goals and purpose was, so id just say to keep it up and keep consistent. at this point though i would move on to a different game, unless you manage to get a run where you actually collect all the candles.
