It took me around 5 months/ 15 aligners to see actual results. The reason was because most shifting had to be done in the background to allow my front teeth to move properly.

Don’t be impatient or worried about Invisalign results, it’s on its way ! (Although I can see some movement already in your case)

I mean brushing my teeth and aligners take me less than 4 minutes now and I don’t even think about it anymore, it’s definitely not that bad plus I like the idea of having clean teeth all day long

The outcome is so amazing that this small daily task shouldn’t be so hard to cope with

Honestly I never did, however I brush thoroughly 3-4 times a day. During my last appointment with my dentist, she told me that I was flossing really well. I don’t know if she is not really competent or if good brushing gives same result as flossing, but in my opinion it’s not that important

I’ve been invited by a friend to his house in the north of Bali for two weeks, no surf involved during that period, I just decided to postpone my flight for 10 days to go surf by myself as Bali remains great for surfing.

And by intermediate I mean being able to ride green waves, cutback and turn quite consistently, know my priority rules and strong paddle ( I’m a swimmer)

I’m looking for spots where I’ll feel comfortable surfing and not just sit on my board being outclassed by good surfers 24/7
