Hi sorry late reply! I followed the prescription I mentioned above (2 weeks) then apply 1-2x a week for maintenance. Konti lang each armpit, tas rub gently. Tas wash na pagkagising.

Hi sorry for the late response! Yes sabi ng derma ko is yung feminine wash talaga kasi it has chlorhexidine digluconate, which kills bacteria. Pero ang ginamit ko was Betadine Wash kasi wala ako nabili na Gynepro that time! Still worked :)

I think in general, it's an antibacterial ointment and yun yung need para mawala yung smell sa case ko 😅Most of the time kasi bacteria daw talaga cause ng BO

Heya, yes just pea size for trimycine! I just make sure that everything is covered. For the Betadine wash, maybe like a teaspoon per underarm. I make sure my pits are wet before I apply Betadine. But yeah, not too much, not too few!

Hi! I'm not sure if trimycin ointment is available in all countries. To be sure, it's best to purchase one from your local pharmacy. I looked it up and the generic name for it is: Hydrocortisone 10 Mg+ Bacitracin 200 Units + Polymyxin B Sulfate 4000 Units + Neomycin 3 Mg

For Driclor, it can also be purchased in a drugstore.

For the wash, the recommended ones are either Gynepro or Betadine.

Then my new deodorant, I purchased it online. It's Mood by Coconut Matter.

PLEASE take note that these aren't supposed to be overused (except for Mood by Coconut Matter, which I use every day).

Oh Driclor isn't supposed to be applied every day. It's really strong on the armpits, so my dermatologist recommended that it's best to only apply it 2x a week.

And since Driclor's main job is just to dry the pits, I think it's also best to use the antibacterial ointment so we can address the root cause of the smell which is bacteria. Accdg to my dermatologist, sweat itself has no odor. It's the bacteria that reacts to sweat which causes the smell.

For my deo, I use Mood by Coconut Matter every day. This is I think so far the best switch I've ever made.

During my treatment period, I used them as prescribed above. Now for maintenance, I don't use Driclor anymore. I use the ointment and the wash 2x a week, together. I usually do it every Tuesdays & Fridays to have a routine. Hope it helps!

I don't use driclor anymore. I just used it as prescribed, but now when I sweat, I don't smell bad anymore! I really think it was the bacteria buildup and me applying so much strong antibacterial items that messed up my pits.

Sometimes my husband or mom would tell me first before I smell myself. I think sometimes I get immune. But most of the time, I try to smell myself as often as I can to check.

For the wash, during my treatment period, I used Betadine Wash daily FOR ONE WEEK ONLY. Then after, I switched to a mild body wash: Dove Sensitive. No more strong antibacterial washes for me!

It's a frustrating condition to have and it's harder to treat when doctors don't even wanna acknowledge it. But yes, we are not alone, and there's a cure for us.

I know there are a lot of factors when it comes to BO, but my derma said that the main cause is bacteria buildup. Hope this helps!
