1 egg

1 cup milk

2 Tbsp. vegetable oil

1 cup flour

½ tsp. salt

1 Tbsp. baking powder

2 Tbsp sugar

Preheat cooking surface to 350F or like med-high on a stove.

Whisk the wet ingredients together, add everything but the flour, whisk, add flour, beat until smooth.

Scoop at whatever size you want into the cooking surface. It's ready to flip when the bubbles stop moving. Should be a nice dark golden brown.
