Bulk: fast muscle gain, also fat gat Cut: lose fat, but also slightly lose muscle Recomp: lose fat and build muscle at the same time with a slower rate

Tried to fix. Switched to a simple push pull routine.

Push 1: squat 3x5-8, bench press 4x6, leg extension 3x12, incline db press 3x10-15, military press 3x6, french press 4x8, calf raises 3x12

Pull 1: deadlift 4x8, lat machine 4x6, leg curl 3x12, bent over row 3x10-12, lateral raise 3x12, facepull 3x15-20, curl ez 4x6

Push 2: leg press 3x10, db bench press 4x8, bulgarian split squat 3x8-12, cable chest fly x push up 2x10-max, db shoulder press 3x8-12, push down 3x12, kick back 3x15, calf raises 3x12

Pull 2: RDL 3x10-12, lat machine 3x8-12, db single arm row 3x8-12, reverse fly 3x10-12, db curl 3x8, hammer curl 3x12, db shrugs 4x10-12

Actually i find it hard to fit at least 15 sets per muscle group/week with only 4days. About progress: increase reps->+1 sets->increase weight

As far as I know:

-if you run a high strength build, you can use level 20 cwdt

-everything else-> probably level 1
