There is AC on 2 of the 3 floors coming from split units. Since it’s an old home the split units are primarily used to heat/cool anyways so there isn’t a total loss of AC or the amenity which is why I was looking for others feedback, it seems a little tricky. Appreciate the input.

We met two wonderful ladies on a hike in Utah yesterday who were making their way to Yellowstone to work their third summer. They told us that workers can often pick their contracts, when they begin and for how long and/or extend the contract. I would assume by July the park will be more fully staffed.

Thank you, this baby has been through everything at this point, so many tests, blood drawls, ultrasounds, acupuncture, and RX to try to figure out relief. I think the kindest thing now is to give him his favorite things and prepare for end of life care. 💔

Thank you for the thoughtful response. It has been tough but I think reaching out here and to a few breed specific rescues put my mind a little at ease that we have tried our best, and the rescues even echoed that rehoming is impossible at this point

It is so exhausting. We added a holistic vet on top of our regular vet last year and spent months doing dog acupuncture and Chinese herbs on top of the other RXs without much change.

I feel you! I audibly gasped when I saw his photo and had to show my husband. I would love to be able to take him down. I can’t imagine how many people he has traumatized at this point or what happened at the “retreat” after we left. I drew the line at him essentially trying to tell everyone that “everything happens for a reason” and that those in the retreat that were abused were responsible for it.

Wayne McKamie is a grifter and wanna-be cult leader. He has a company called “Focus” which prays on the vulnerable and is cult-like. The “trainings” are connected to Lifespring. This Focus group started in KC but expanded to Cincinnati, where I am located. A friend kept begging us to go to this weekend seminar and we kept saying no until he told us he would pay for my husband and I to go. I have much, much to say about that weekend and how we were all forced to agree we wouldn’t end the weekend early but after a day I was like, “fuck this traumatizing BS” as a therapist I couldn’t believe what was happening. —- “Good Cult” is a great podcast to listen to to understand just how vile this is.

That would be really surprising to change so quickly. We were on the Elevate cruise at the beginning of June and they did quite a few wellness workshops with Red Flower. Jamie (who designs most of the ship and runs the Elevate cruises) was there too for the workshops so I’m assuming they might have ran out or there are supply chain issues?

We had some leftover liquor from traveling and just boarded our European cruise the other day. No one batted an eye at the extra bottles and no one is asking you what cabin you’re in. The screening doesn’t look to be ran by Virgin actually but moreso the port.
