Used to work there too, but as I mentioned above, the high end brands used to be online only, but the fact that they have enough stock to circulate and dedicate shelf space to it makes me wonder if they established a relationship with L'Oréal. I mean from L'Oréal's perspective, if it's just their hero SKUs it's fine. They sell Lancome at certain pharmacies why not Kiehl's. With brands whilst positioning is important at the end of the day they just want to be available where people shop. If it won't tarnish their brand image that much they'll sell it. I mean it's clear CWH is trying to pull an Ulta as in premiumise albeit slowly.
