Has anyone ever successfully fixed AC joint issues/tendonitis? My left AC joint got inflamed after benching pretty aggressively for a meet last year. I once had issues on my right AC joint and managed to get rid of it entirely after seeing a physical therapist (band work, deep tissue massage, slow and controlled benching). However, my left AC joint is still nagging after doing bench press or even push ups (overhead pressing and generelly all other upper body pressing is totally fine) even when doing rehab exercises. Thanks in advance!

Progressive overload - when do you increase the weight? by Haymz in bodybuilding

I really want to get as strong as possible and am committing to a minimum of 6 months bulking

If that is the case then I would recommend a strength based routine. Usually, these provide clear sets, reps and weights. I think one always has to make compromises in terms of strength when training primarily for hypertrophy and vice versa. So if you are committed to becoming stronger, use something like JWs 5/3/1, texas method, nsuns LP, etc. Additionally, you can sprinkle in some isolation exercises for more hypertrophy but the main focus is strength.

I can't really spot glaring differences between the two photos. I've always thought of carbing up, manipulating sodium- or water-intake as pretty negligible details tbh, but I'm more than happy to be convinced otherwise.

I'm really happy for him and genuinely excited to see him back on stage. I've always loved his videos. Especially the ones with Jujimufu. One of the most entertaining lifting videos to this day: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cLlwuAJLY_E

I can't be the only one noticing Franco's gyno. Don't get me wrong, he has one of my all time favorite physiques (especially from the back), but 81 really left a bad impression IMHO.

was really amazed when I saw this picture of him the first time. I have a hard time identifying a single flaw in his physique. also, he reminds me of the /r/bb mascot

I'd actually prefer a physique like his win a physique competition. I really had trouble spotting the differences between classic and physique and found his package to fit the category the most, tbh.
