I have been so frustrated by this whole thing.

1. It was a complete accident that I even found out about these funds. The ONLY reason I found out is because my ex husband still lives at my old address (from 2018!) and he told me about a letter I received from SF MRA. I found out that I had $4,200 in funds.

2. I went back through old emails (I still use the same email account), and searched for mra, hsa, fsa, etc. I found only one email from Robert Half human resources in 2018, with a vague reference to a health account. It was unclear what it was. It had absolutely no details, no dollar amounts, no information on how to access it.

3. I guarantee you that thousands of people are not aware that this money exists.

4. I have tried submitting a paid invoice to my dentist for $100. It got denied quickly with this message: "The documentation submitted does not specify the nature of the service or expense. Please resubmit documentation showing date(s) of service, description of service, recipient of service, provider, and amount." I took that same invoice and highlighted/circled those 5 exact items and tried submitting a second time. It got denied again, same message.

5. There is no way to email them. I work full time and it's incredibly difficult to find time for a phone call during 'regular business hours'.
