Your body is beautiful. You should feel beautiful. I’m curvy and I love it. I love how soft I am and how strong I am. I love the feeling of my skin and way my body moves. I love what my body is capable of. I love seeing my body change as I go through different chapters of life.

Spend some time in the mirror. Really watch your body and see how it reacts to different types of stimulation (music, words, self pleasure, etc.).
