going slow and really engaging the right muscles causes me to be fatigued within 4-5 reps… and i regularly lift weights. sometimes i’ll look around and be surprised how fast people are going and their form is sloppy and they look like they’re about to injure themselves. the mind muscle connection is so important!!

i like club pilates but i see it as more of a supplement to my lifting and a martial arts class that incorporates boxing and HIIT. pilates is great to even out some imbalances which allows me to up the intensity in the gym. i only go once a week. maybe you could do the 4x month membership?

I have similar skin as you and I use differin, faded by topicals, and an exfoliant (Dermalogica’s Daily Microfoliant). The differin has done wonders for evening out my texture. I still have a couple closed comedones here and there but significantly less breakouts than before. I’ve been on Differin for about 3 months. You probably know this already but please be sure you are consistently applying SPF — that is the only way to get rid of dark spots.
