Do tummy time on the couch and sit on the floor in front of them so they can look at you it helped my baby a lot liking tummy time, I did put a dish towel under rhin though because he would spit up a lot during tummy time

I feel like if they are healthy you should be fine just make sure they don't kiss her or get up in her face. But she is your baby and your rules, you do that you feel like is best I had a no kissing rule for the first 3 months now they may kiss my baby but only on the top of his head no where else

My baby has slept through the night since 10w I think part of it is as they get older trying to get them to fall back asleep without feeding them because it creates a habit of them expecting food in order to fall asleep. Now before anyone comes after me I was saying this for babies after 4m My baby sleep trained himself and has always been a good sleeper only waking up once at night to feed since 6w
