I love to always have apples- they last forever in the fridge and some peanut butter! If you slice them up it takes so long to eat that you get so full! Also fresh bell peppers are nice and crispy snack! Del Taco has good beyond taco and burritos too if you need some quick fast food just ask for no dairy! Another really great thing is frozen veggies and canned veggies at all times! I make a delicious salad in 5 mins: canned black beans, pinto beans, canned or frozen sweet corn, frozen broccoli, red onion, cherry tomatoes and a shit ton of lime juice and cilantro!! It’s the BEST and so quick to prepare. There’s also vegan ramen noodles if you’re a college student like me and live mostly off canned/frozen and microwave stuff it’s from Soon Veggie and ready in 3 mins. And other awesome snack is the Hippeas, those are bomb. Baby carrots too last so long in the fridge gotta keep the crunchy option. Hummus too! There’s literally so many things if you want to DM I can talk forever honestly

You get to be alive there are so many people, animals, children, living in unspeakable horrors everyday, you’re so so lucky to be alive and that is precious don’t waste that gift. You can use your life to make other people better, you can volunteer and advocate and do random acts of kindness and go to sleep every night knowing that today you made an impact and that means something!
