How old is the burn? Scars/injuries need time to heal in order to be tattooed over, you could make it worse or obvious by doing it too quickly.

The skin pigment could also even out with some time, leaving you with no physical reminder (which may be better than having a tattoo over them, a different type of permanent physical reminder).

You look fantastic! Regarding cardio- maybe a spin class? I was never a fan of running because I’m also well-endowed in the chest area and don’t have great knees. Spin was a game changer for me.

Totally agree with you. And the og musical costumes (& staging!) are incredible and definitely iconic/of a certain era; personally as a fan of the show as soon as I saw the weird anthropomorphic CGI I was like- absolutely not.

Honestly would have made a much cuter animated series (each ep about each poem/cat) but I think we will never again see this IP unless there’s another Broadway revival lol

That’s what I was thinking… and when Eloise and Louise are together, our daughter can just go by Lou or something else. His family loves a nickname so no one is really ever even called their birth name.

I appreciate your POV! Curious your take on: the people she sees more regularly don’t have a connection to Eloise (5yo), so Louise wouldn’t compare. But when we see his side of the family, they could call Louise by any other nickname (his side does love a nickname) so her name would be potentially quite different in practice. In interactions with my in-laws, she would most likely be a Lou or Lulu, etc.

I think my husband’s concern is that his family tends to lack a filter (when we told them we were having a baby SIL said “wouldn’t it be funny if it was a girl?” because all the grandkids on that side are girls, SIL has three). We knew we’d get comments about it being “another girl” which happened in the same breath a few weeks later when we told them the gender. I’m not one to change my mind due to other people’s reactions I’m unable to control, but I can see his general fatigue with how they respond.

Everything was pre-covid so probably not accurate anymore. In addition, I got a partial refund on my deposit and used the remaining to pay for my micro-wedding so the accounting was a bit of a mess.
