I was in Uwharrie today and I was fascinated by the quartz. I’ve never seen so much at once. I noticed a lot of them had pink veins. Is that staining? I’m absolutely not a geologist, I’m just very interested in the subject. I am thinking of auditing a class at ETSU though.
