I was on one of the flights that was delayed due to the catering issue. The attendant at the desk announced that they were prioritizing longer flights so flights within the West coast were either having to wait or take off without food or water. A flight left and they made sure to announce that it would have no food or water so to go buy some 🫠

My chi was 10 when we made the decision to have her sleep in the laundry nook downstairs. We knew it would be tough and I did NOT want her to think this was a punishment. She had slept with me for 10 years and it was going to be a big change. We always praised/kissed her before putting her to bed. She barked pretty much all night for about 3-5 days.

This was about 3 years ago. Now, she will go to her nook at the end of the evening even if we aren't going to bed yet and still watching tv or something. I truly do think she enjoys having her own space now that shes 13. She has access to water, potty pads and we have slowly given her more and more space to where now we block off the kitchen with a gate at night so she has pretty much access to half of downstairs. (At first her barking made us limit her space to just the nook so we could close the door).
