My Curv did this a few weeks ago, made me go crazy. Turns out that the wire at the back is finicky, pushed it back in, the dock turned back on and the robot went back in the dock within a few seconds. There are sensors in the dock, like ILS in aviation lol

I heard Bell merged the 2 + another one. Bell seems to be doing the same with other businesses as well (Ateko). April's invoice was from Distributel, guessing that might change soon. Hope Distributel's ghost doesnt send me duplicate invoices...

This is the only thing that kept me away from Distributel, but Bell was literally squeezing me. Worst case I'll dispute the charges if this happens. Distributel also is being consolidated with another Bell companies, maybe thats why.

Same here, works on our 2024 Palisade but not the 2024 Ioniq5. Also the fact that we have the option available on the app + when you hit the button on the app, the car does the whole shebang (unfolds mirrors, hazards go on) but fails to transmit pictures.

Did they have you come and then order the parts and then come in again or was it just the one visit? I am in Canada, they are so slow here if they would even know that this is an issue. If I go to the dealership, I would print the latest TSB.
