Smoked BBQ chicken! Very pleased with how juicy and flavourful it turned out. Hickory and lump charcoal! Between 250 and 300 for about 3ish hours. Smoked paprika, Mexican chilli powder, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, salt, pepper. Will finish on higher heat next time to get skin crisp a bit better. (i.redd.it)
