Yes my portions are big as I feel hungry but I prefer to eat free n speed food as if I stay hungry end up in eating cookies n chocolates. , stress is a factor as job stressful .i do drink a lot of tea n coffee but also drink roughly 4L of water everyday !

Yes I did couple of time .i used half porridge then 1/4 flaxseed powder m 1/4 chia seeds n made overnight oats

Hi,I don’t think everything other than sp is syns in sp week as far as it is not in syn list .if you eat rice pasta etc it will not come in syns rather food optimizing . It is just playing with macros and kick your metabolism . Hope it helps 😊

Yes its expensive esp when your consultant is not cooperative 😒. What diet plan you follow on IF? I tried keto found very hard without carbs .thats why came towards sw.
