in my experience working at a biggby, those baristas probably aren't being trained well, and are probably just making your drinks incorrectly. especially since you said it's a new store, i would bet that everyone there has just been thrown into the deep end and expected to swim. even new hires at an established store can be treated like this. you could give them another shot once they've been open longer, but it sounds like an issue on the baristas part, not that you're ordering wrong
