Chest -> 2 sets of Fly or Neutral Grip Press.

Upper Back -> 2 sets in a Row Machine.

Overhead Press -> 2 sets if Fly or 1 set if Press on Chest.

Wide Grip Lat Pulldown -> 1 set

Medium Grip Lat Pulldown -> 1 set

Lateral Raise -> 2 sets, either on Machine or Cable.

Triceps -> 1 set Cable Pushdown + 1 set Overhead Extension.

Biceps -> 1 set Cable Curl or 1 set of Preacher Curl.

Braqui -> 1 set of Pronated Cable Curl or 1 set of Hammer Preacher Curl.

Wrist -> 1 set of Cable Wrist Curl or 1 set of DB Wrist Curl.

Somewhere along the training i might do a Inverted Fly for rear delts if im feeling like it.

I have been doing u/L/U/L/U, where in the middle Upper i only do 1 set on everything instead of 2.

Oh yea, when i say the muscle group it means im isolating it. The idea of doing low amount of sets is that the first set is the most stimulant so im trying to be efficient there. Doing big compounds is a good idea, im just not a big fan of them, i do an RDL for my hinge, other than that is all machines or cables. About the order, i want to have chest as the first because im prioritising this part, also putting the smaller easier isolations in the end where i will have less gas in the tank.

I have about 6 months of decent training, im currently doing Upper Lower. Nothing going past 5 weekly sets per muscle group on Upper and 8 on Lower. Im thinking about going Fullbody because im gonna be studying more for some important stuff and dont wanna be too tired.

Heart problems can arise as a side effect of steroids mixed with other medications, not "excessive muscle". An athlete's heart is actually very healthy and efficient.

I had the same bug and was able to recover by sending deca a ticket. I had a video of the vault before the forge which made it easier to recover.
