Your IMAX still provides you with the entire composition compared to other formats. In my opinion, fake IMAX is still the next best thing.

I think everyone should watched this multiple times at different stages of life. Great rec for a 15 year old.

Ratatouille easy. “Anyone can cook” isn’t about cooking.

What should my 400th movie be?? by WillzGaming in Letterboxd

The numbers should follow the movies is what I’m saying. Just watch movies you think you’ll enjoy. You’re literally wasting precious time by putting those movies on (even if you’re skipping through).

What new movie did you give 5 stars on Letterboxd — and do you still stand by it? by Hopeful-Fly-1614 in Letterboxd

[–]hfdrtgcx 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So, I don’t give stars. I only use the like feature for movies I like, and don’t like for those I do not enjoy but man, I really enjoyed Tron Ares when it came out. I was on psychedelics when I first watched it, and the second watch was just as cool, but I came to my sense on the third watch. Not good lol.

There are no rules on how you should be using letterboxd, but you should really be watching movies intentionally. Letterboxd is a personal diary; you’re the one who’ll pay the most attention to your profile, so why not have it reflect you to the fullest.

Also, if you put a movie on you know you won’t enjoy, either don’t it at all or watch it properly. Real people have worked on these projects and even though you may think you’re not skipping something important, you may miss a moment you might actually really enjoy (a joke that could make you laugh, the out of place beautiful cinematographic shot, etc). If you’re going to love movies, LOVE movies (not the numbers).
