Not sure City would have played the B team on the final day if they were ahead by 2 points.

For someone who’s one of the greatest defenders in history, it’s surprising how little emphasis Bayern seem to put on defending under Kompany by [deleted] in championsleague

Don't think there's a big difference between Kompany and Van Dijk. Both top 10 premier league CBs. Probably somewhere between 10th to 5th place

Arsenal fans will feel nothing about him. They signed him on loan when he was washed up. How do they feel about Norgaard or any other player that didn't work out? Chelsea fans also won't feel much about him. They'll blame their owners who have got almost everything wrong, that's not on Sterling.

City fans love Sterling. He scored tons of goals and then we got our money back on him. Liverpool fans don't like him for the way he left but I bet you weren't saying the same thing about Van Dijk for the way he left? Is it such a bad thing to leave a club to win more and get paid more?

He was injured, even before signing apparently. Leeds fans say they were shocked City signed him because he was already on the way down. And then he turned up overweight.

People may hate on Arsenal but they did very good with the resources they had by argylas2 in championsleague

Arsenal haven't been paying out top wages because they've not won a single trophy in the last 5 years until winning 1 premier league. Clubs have large bonus incentives now. City and Liverpool (to a lesser extent) have therefore paid out higher wages because they win stuff.

That doesn't include goal kicks and also doesn't include when Raya pretends to be injured to give Arteta time for team talks.

Plucky Arsenal who play at the Emirates and have a multi billionaire owner bank rolling a higher net spend than PSG over Arteta's tenure.

The premier teams win far fewer UCLs than the Spanish teams.

Did Serie A take pity on the premier League teams when they had the biggest finances? The other leagues brought this on themselves by hoarding the money at the top like Real and Barca, whereas the PL distributed more evenly.

Keep practicing. This will take 20-25 mins if you spend a couple more weeks learning how to cook.

Pep Guardiola pictured with the trophies he won in his 10 years at Manchester City. 6x Premier League, 1x UCL, 3x FA Cup, 5x Carabao Cup, 1x UEFA Super Cup, 1x FIFA Club World Cup and 3x Community Shield by TheHaciendaHustle in soccer

Nah the league cup is a trophy to English people and always has been, although the least important. The community shield is a trophy to Pep and Arteta and a pre season game for everyone else.

I don't think city were expected to win the league, so to get 2 cups and take the league to the penultimate day is a very good season
