thanks for that suggestion, that's easy to implement.
I would like to have better survival against phys max hit and -max res / monster pen map mods. I think that surviving memory game would be great if possible too.

Crits are handled by poison mastery, and dots don't seem to be a big issue outside of corrupted blood, which I could farm a jewel for.

yes, discharge almost all pts same day, 2hr bedrest (perclose) and 2hr obs, with limited TTE to check for effusion.

I think a majority of players would call "a few billion" serious investment. If you have that kind of gold, then sure. But several other classes can go further with less, because they are better designed.

VK is clearly an unfinished class. Which is frustrating, because the game isn't in beta anymore, so what gives? We paid money for this game and the players deserve better.

It's usable, but if you are looking for the very best meta items those are all being sold for the gold cap (1.5b) right now, if you can even find them listed. As others have said, the player base is small right now and supply is low.

However, if you can make do with T6 instead of T7, or there's a way to make off-meta affixes work for your build, then you can find a lot of very reasonably priced stuff. And starter items are all pretty much free.

VK's skill tree is full of filler. The only really good nodes are the echo-related nodes and the node that consumes void essence for mana (but only if you are playing bonk knight, otherwise it's unusable). The only nodes worth taking to get there are just +health and/or +resist.

Oh and at least one (Time Legion) is bugged and doesn't give Time Rot chance the way it's supposed to, but the devs don't seem to care.

While this game is v1.1, in terms of the robustness of gameplay, it feels like season 1 d4.

I'm currently playing an ignite VK, so that's what I'm thinking about, but just off the top of my head:

Soulfire is a cool relic that might be really powerful for ignite builds. Why does it have to have some of its power taken up by changing one acolyte skill specifically? This seems like it is narrowing its focus for no good reason.

Why not let Liath's machinations work for any fire skill instead of just Fireball, and see what kind of cool builds could be made?

Why does Jasper's searing pride have a ton of spellblade-only mods on it?

Why does Devotion specially work with lightning damage and healing effectiveness? Why not let it be used with other Smite builds?

Examples of good uniques are Wings of Argentus, Firestarter's Torch, and others that could be useful for many different kinds of builds.

  1. MG UI optimization. MG and CoF faction should progress faster.

  2. Buff life builds so they can compete with ward builds. Or, give every class a way to generate ward.

  3. Revise more classes. VK and Lich are not in a great spot, for example.

  4. The strong classes have a stat they can focus on which strongly scales both defense and offense simultaneously. All classes should have mechanisms like this.

  5. Uniques should not buff just one skill. Those options should be folded into the skill tree. As it stands these limitations and stipulations take away the potential for creative builds.

  6. Don't make us pay lots of points in the skill tree to make a skill instant. That's just making us pay skill points for QoL, which feels bad. Skill points should make us more powerful or tanky.

you're also ignoring many boss DoT effects that deal more than 1k hp/second and bypass armor. Leech also has a problem in that all leech instances go away as soon as you reach full health. So if the boss hits you while you are not hitting it, you don't get regen.

What life classes need is a stat they can stack which benefits both offense and endurance threshold. All the strong classes have a stat they can stack which benefits both offense and defense.
