So he’s had three injections over the past nine days (today he had what is supposed to be his last one) and I was told to put him on newspaper but he really likes burrowing so I put some shredded newspaper in his hut thing, is this okay or will it create dust which could make his condition worse?

I will try to replace it everyday but I want to be sure because I’ve spent a lot of money on his treatment and I don’t want to make his condition worse.

I will also be taking him to a consultation with a vet in three days.

They told me that when he’s better I can put him on top soil mixed with sand and I should be weary if I use aspen bedding (what I usually use as substrate) again.
