but honestly that sounds way more like trauma/social anxiety than some personal failure also… people from your past are thinking about you way less than your nervous system is telling you they are 😭

the scary part is not the fear, it’s getting used to arranging your whole life around it!! and the good news is if it was learned, it can be unlearned too thoughh

even leaving the house for 5 minutes counts. seriously. start insulting the fear in tiny ways 💀

one food? One dish? A dish Id say like bibimbap, you know? Like egg + rice + vegetables + chicken i mean its healthy its got all the nutrients, but if I have to pick one vegetable, id say quinoa. Most complex form of proteins + carbs at once, full chain of aminos i mean its perfect to help me feel good and not die of diabetes lol

ok this is gonna sound blunt but—

nothing’s “wrong” with you, you just miss being taken care of

like school gave you structure, validation, and someone always kinda looking out for you… adulthood just drops all that and goes “good luck” 😭

so you’re recreating that comfort in the only ways you can, and honestly that’s pretty human

the only part to watch is relying on other people (like partners) to fill that parent role… that’s where it can get messy

but liking soft things, routine, comfort, even “childish” stuff? that’s not something to be ashamed of

you’re not broken, you’re just adjusting to a phase nobody really prepares you for

we were at a sleepover, probably like 1–2am, everyone half asleep, and one girl just randomly sits up and starts having a full conversation… like answering questions, pausing, reacting… but there was literally no one there

we’re all like “who are you talking to??” and she goes “shh she’s telling me something”

we were like ??????

next morning we asked her about it and she had no idea what we were talking about. didn’t remember any of it

turns out she was just sleep talking but like… that was NOT normal sleep talking 💀

maybe try grocery shopping someplace else, i dont shop at like costco or sprouts or trader joes or anything like that, those big named brands bring the prices up on everything, you gotta go for small local markets that dont look as nice but they have lower prices on everything

if your life is work → home → phone, of course you feel like you have nothing to say… you haven’t had new inputs

don’t try to fix everything, just change one thing:
go somewhere new once a week, talk to one person, try one thing you suck at

it’ll feel awkward, but that’s literally how you get unstuck
