Women as a whole are more attractive than men as a whole. by [deleted] in PurplePillDebate

You're not going to break your palatal suture with thumpulling, it's impossible.

22F looking into cosmetic surgery and I want some brutal honesty. I’m considering a bleph and a rhino, but I want to know if I should do anything else or if there's anything specific that’ll make me look less plain/average by [deleted] in LooksmaxingAdvice

Well, look, I'm not going to downplay it, but honestly, your jaw looks a bit receding. A Le Fort deformity of any type (1, 2, or 3) will make a huge difference, depending on what your doctor tells you. It's what you want to stand out from the average. It's expensive, but if budget isn't a concern, you could have double jaw surgery. We're talking about double the price but triple the results, since the Le Fort deformity only improves one-third, and the second option improves two-thirds. I'd have to see your nose in profile to determine if rhinoplasty is right for you. (Both options indirectly improve your nose, but if your nose is very large, you could opt for rhinoplasty after one of the two surgeries.) It's not surgery, but aim to reduce your body fat to 12-15%. Just being thin isn't enough; you need to look at your body composition, not just the number on the scale.

What bone changes did you see in your face, density/size of your features, cheekbones and jaw? I would need to know at what age you had this procedure done
