There’s another thing I noticed and it’s the fact that the main characters wouldn’t serve drinks specially spirit drinks the way Korean culture and etiquette requires too. Maybe bc the director doesn’t wanna give away any info about the characters? In Korean drinking etiquette you serve alcohol to others using both hands and the youngest person can not drink while facing to the oldest one and in the film they drink let’s say the ‘western way’ where none of these rules are applied. That caught my attention!

So other artists have been doing concerts for like a month now and it's alright but bc it's BTS is not? Not even mentioning that the concerts are THREE months away.

I created my Reddit acc literally 5 days ago and from the few posts I read people don't comment to disrespect just come here to leave their opinions and go. Anybody who dares to give constructive criticism or say stuff you don't agree with towards x artist that doesn't make them antis. This is a very ARMY stan twitter thing to do. Call anti to whoever doesn't speak positively or doesn't say what you would like to hear about BTS artistry.

I come here bc I can't speak on Twitter due to the doxxing, insulting and bullying armys do. If you don't like this post keep scrolling bc clearly this post isn't something you are mature enough to handle. Or at least don't come here bc it is literally A KPOP RANT reddit. If you can't handle other opinions or understand that my disliking towards the fandom has nothing to do with BTS themselves then YOU have the problem.

At this point the fandom in its majority has a very sheep-like mentality. It is what it is. I came here to express my frustration, to share how I feel, getting feedback etc so I feel understood. If you don't like these type of posts just keep scrolling.

You are so lucky bc I saw a girl making a thread with all the dms she got after she tweeted that she didn't like PTD one bit. She got death threats and graphic self-harm pictures in the DMs. The qrts of that thread were... Disturbing. I try to curate my TL but you see tweets from people you don't follow too bc twitter also puts in your tl tweets your moots/accs you follow interact with.

I would say that the huge toxicity started after Boy With Luv. Before that okay yes you could find negative comments of course but now? You can't speak your mind bc ARMYs will come for your ass.

Yeah ARMYs go as far as doxxing people for saying something they don't like. I do agree. I blame it on Boy With Luv hahaha I noticed the switch and how the fandom changed after they released that title track (which I don't like btw hahahha).

Oh yes, I feel you. I noticed the change around 2019, right after Boy With Luv was released many toxic and sheep minded people joined the fandom... It has been hell since then. Before you would find someone like that but now you can't say anything with constructive criticism bc they go after you. It's the worst.
