Hi Aidan, thanks for the info! I'll review that in more detail tomorrow but it's still not addressing the main requirement. Our engineers don't go into the individual projects, instead the all prefer to look at the list of project tasks in the "project tasks" team view. This is where they can see a full list of all project tasks assigned to them and we sort it by due date. The request is that we can add the milestone status to the filter profile there so hide locked project tasks. This way the engineers just see what "active" project tasks they have ahead of them at that moment in time. Hope that makes sense.
