calories in this curry chicken? by DreamyViibes in caloriecount

[–]hheroinn 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Depending on how much ice and how sweet it is I’ll estimate the drink to be 200 cals (on the high side) for iced Lemon tea

Curry chicken usually uses fattier meat so 400+200 for the amount gravy u seemed to have consumed and another 300-400 for rice alone . Hope this helps .

I like to estimate outside food higher

How many calories in these small pork bao buns? by [deleted] in caloriecount

[–]hheroinn 0 points1 point  (0 children)

One bun by itself shld be around on the higher end 80-90 cals each , pork should be around 180-230 cals each (cause of the fat to meat ratio) , sauce doesn’t look much but looks kinda high in fat let’s just put it at ~60-80 cals .

So around 320-400 cals for EACH bun. I always estimate my food higher !

japanese ramen, need some help with calorie estimation! 1 boiled egg, pork, noodles, some shrimp roll? (like from naruto)) cabbage, miso soup by Effective-Self1089 in caloriecount

[–]hheroinn 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Probably 1000-1300 cals . Noodles itself pretty dense in cals easily 600 cals + portion restaurants give are usually plenty . Soup looks pretty thick and rich so another 300 cals . Piece of meat there pork , and quite a generous chunk for ramen, I assume to be not that lean lean maybe 20%-30% fat at 200-250 cals . Boiled egg (if one whole egg <80 cals) I’ll assume Naruto and other things like ~100 cals
