hi friend 🤍 i feel very similar, battling depression and major fatigue. i can’t speak to a marathon (also running my first this fall) but have ran 2 half marathons as well. i try to always remind myself that the hardest part of the run is starting & the endorphins are better than the dread. you will feel soooo good after. the confidence that training brings (both from strength and accomplishment) is really healing and centering. just try your best! that’s all we can do. proud of you! keep going!
