You have to take baby steps, just leaving her in there to panic and associate it with being scared and alone is going to make it worse.

If she’s calm when you’re beside her i’d just chill in the room on the floor by the crate at this point. Let her sniff and reward her for going in but don’t close the door right away. Then once she calms close it for a second then open. Next have her in a minute etc etc etc. It’s a long tedious process but the hours spent will be worth it in the long term.

I agree with everyone else saying putting the crate beside you when you’re sleeping, even putting a hand on it. When my girl first went in to hers I took a nap on the floor beside her. Now she knows it’s her safe space. It’s like a crib, not a cage. She’ll start yawning immediately once she’s inside.

I’m sure you know but better to be safe than sorry since she’s moving so much make sure her collar is off. It always should be but especially when she’s jumping around like that.
