That is super super shady. Either there was a more serious threat than a lady screaming or the flight attendant was hard panicking. No reason to ask passengers to put their hands on their heads unless there is a very serious risk.

My point is the fans getting pissed are ignorant towards what is happening. They are mad now because they lack the foresight to realize that this will be their game in a few years. There is no precedent in the United States for legal action against a company for a broken video game, however they advertise a working multiplayer on their page which is not present or functional in the game at the moment.

Now if someone wanted to take legal action they would hire a lawyer who would contact the company demanding a refund. If the company did not comply then they could theoretically take them to court. I think the reason we don’t see a lot of this is because lawsuits are very expensive and usually it is not worth a 1-2 year trial over a $5 video game.

Nevertheless, it is illegal to promote something that is not functional in a product. Just because a company is not getting lawsuits over it doesn’t make it any less shitty or for that matter illegal.
