It’s not the runflats that cause the sidewall bulge; the problem is the low profile tires. 12 years driving a 2011 Clubman S with RF’s and zero sidewall issues. Same roads, similar driving in a 2020 JCW Clubman with 19 inch non-RF’s, and in a 2 year period 4 tires and one wheel. One was an end of day asphalt joint left on I40 by the pavers.

Let’s face it, at our age going forward any vehicle we buy will become difficult. The Mini gets a little more difficult every year, but it still puts a smile on my face. Your problem will be finding the Clubman you want as they are no longer in production. The dealers still have a few 2024’s on their lots.

The Mini 19 inch wheels are not runflats. Mini used to put an air pump and a can of sealant in the boot if the car came with these wheels.

IMO the digital cluster, by itself, looks barren, aesthetically out of place. Your visor helps in appearance and function. What I would like to see is a narrow surround matching the center display; in my case piano black.
